Who We Are

Heidi Hill Drum has more than 25 years’ experience in public policy, communications and collaboration with government agencies, non-profit organizations, academia and business associations. Her background includes facilitating consensus-based solutions on issues ranging from bi-state regional economic development, housing projects and complex public policy initiatives. Heidi has raised funding for numerous projects to better the Lake Tahoe region including supporting the first cameras in the Alert Wildifre (Alert California/Alert West) network. Heidi initially came to Lake Tahoe in 1995 to snowboard. Growing up in Florida, it was supposed to be just one winter. But she fell in love with Tahoe, got married and had two boys who love skiing, mountain biking and everything in between. Heidi’s new-found love of running includes training for long distance runs, especially those at Disney.
